TASTING NOTES

The 2016 Syrah has a beautiful deep, rich purple hue and wonderful aromas of red currants, violets, and hydrangeas.  Fruit forward flavors of blueberries and plums and accented with a hint of chocolate on the mid-palate. A perfect companion to a Santa Maria Tri-Tip dinner.
